AFFINITY™ SQ 1503 UE Polyolefin Plastomer ist ein Polyolefin Plastomer (POP), hergestellt unter Verwendung der INSITE™ Technologie.
AFFINITY SQ 1503 UE Polyolefin Plastomer wurde speziell für Rotationsgussanwendungen entwickelt. Es bietet leichtes Entformen kombiniert mit Flexibilität und Elastizitätsrückgewinnung, wie man sie normalerweise von polaren Copolymeren kennt, wie EBA, EVA und plastifiziertem PVC.
Verarbeitung und Stabilisierung: Das an sich schon stabile POP ist darüber hinaus hitzebeständig und vor UV-Strahlung geschützt. Das Ergebnis sind große Verarbeitungsbreite, gute Farbstabilität und lange Lebensdauer.
Verfügbarkeit: AFFINITY SQ 1503 UE Polyolefin Plastomer gibt es als freifließendes Pulver in einer Körnung von 500 Micron.

AFFINITY™ VP 8770G1 Polyolefin Plastomer ist ein Polyolefin-Plastomer (POP), das mittels INSITE™-Technologie hergestellt wird.
AFFINITY VP 8770G1 Polyolefin Plastomer verfügt über eine außergewöhnlich hohe Klarheit und Flexibilität. Es wurde auf Kalandrierungsanwendungen ausgelegt, aber ist auch für dickere Extrusion und Profilextrusion geeignet.
Die Kompatibilität mit anderen Polyolefinen und Füllstoffen ist ausgezeichnet.

Bei Verwendung in nicht modifizierter Form bei Anwendungen mit Lebensmittelkontakt erfüllt dieses Harz die Bestimmungen des Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act als Substanz für den Lebensmittelkontakt als Resultat einer vor der Vermarktung erworbenen FCN-424-Zulassung (FCN; Food Contact Notification) ab dem 07. Oktober 2004 gemäß FCN 424. Diese Zulassung genehmigt den Einsatz des Produkts als Artikel oder Komponente von Artikeln, die mit allen Lebensmitteln in Kontakt kommen, die unter die Nutzungsbestimmungen A bis H gemäß Tabelle 2 von 21 CFR § 176.170(c) der US-FDA fallen.
