Alkatuff LL501 is a hexene linear low density polyethylene copolymer designed for a variety of general purpose film applications. Alkatuff LL501 is formulated with a process stabilisation package but contains no slip or antiblocking additives.

Film Extrusion: Alkatuff LL501 is intended for general purpose applications such as industrial, agricultural and heavy duty films. Alkatuff LL501 is also ideally suited for use in blending applications. The higher stiffness of Alkatuff LL501 can improve film handling in converting and packaging operations. Addition of a UV stabiliser should be considered where the intended application involves intermittent to extended exposure to sunlight.
