ErcrosBio ® LD 600 is a PLA (polylactic acid)-based thermoplastic obtained from renewable natural materials. The content of material of biological origin is over 99%.
It is suitable for the production of food packaging in accordance with the criteria of Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011 1 . It is compostable in accordance with the criteria of standard EN 13432 1 .

CHARACTERISTICS:
ErcrosBio ® LD 600 is a highly transparent material obtained through D-isomer polymerisation of lactic acid.
The L-isomer content is less than 1%.

RECOMMENDED APPLICATIONS:
ErcrosBio ® LD 600 is a material designed to be used as an additive in combination with ErcrosBio LL grades at a proportion of 1%-5% to improve the crystallisation speed and decrease injection cycle times. In applications requiring a greater flexibility and elongation at break of the material, amounts exceeding 5% of ErcrosBio ® LD 600 will have to be added.
